PC gains only half benefit from Healing spells and potions etc. but gets full benefit from Repair.

PCs alignment counts as both Lawful Neutral and Chaotic Good.

If the PC has 9000 gps, then a Ring of Sustenance (2000gp) and a Headband of Intellect (4000gp) seem like sensible choices. The Hat of Disguise (1800gp) adds an extra twist to the character and is another logical, if slightly strange to imagine, addition. As for the rest, I’ll have a ponder. I’ve never had this much money to spend before!
